A bit about me
My journey as a UX Designer began in 2020 when I landed an internship during my Interaction Design studies at Malmö University. I seek challenges of finding solutions that improve everyday life, no matter how significant or mundane.
My first project dove deep into the field of medical technology. While I aim to explore various fields, I find myself drawn back to working within the medtech industry again.
Born in Bangkok and grew up in Skåne, I am fluent in both Swedish and Thai. I also speak English professionally and enjoy the process of learning new languages.
During weekends, you can find me at the local padel court, ceramic painting place, or at home cooking while hosting a board game night with friends.

UX assignments - Tetra Pak (May 2022 - current)
I am currently on my fourth project at Tetra Pak. I have in these projects taken on roles ranging from supporting designer and independent contributor to lead designer and collaborator. My work has centered on designing user-focused solutions that align business goals with exceptional user experiences. Key projects include crafting personalized interfaces to enhance e-commerce journeys, designing customer portal navigation to improve service accessibility, and leading the end-to-end design of a specialized package distribution system. In my current project, I focus on the innovation of multiple platforms for managing operational data, balancing complex requirements with intuitive user interactions. Through user research, iterative prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, I ensure solutions are both practical and impactful. These experiences have honed my ability to tackle complex challenges while delivering designs that drive user satisfaction and business results.
In-house project - Innovation Hub (October 2023)
Initiated a project to improve office workflows and foster on-site collaboration. Tasks included analyzing workshop outputs, mapping user journeys, and conceptualizing. Delivered strategic recommendations to enhance workspace functionality and appeal, including solutions for coordinating team presence.
UX assignment - Göteborgs Spårvägar (Jan - Mar 2022)
Designed a mobile application for warehouse workers, transforming manual workflows into efficient digital processes. Conducted user observations, interviews, and iterative testing to create a mobile scanner interface that improved productivity and provided stakeholders with workflow insights.
GN Group - Ballerup, Denmark
UX Designer and Researcher (Oct - Dec 2021)
Consulted on the development of a mobile application for hearing aid users to train hearing and track progress. Responsibilities included conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, and user testing, alongside creating prototypes, UI designs, and contributing to concept development.
Edurama - Malmö, Sweden
UX Designer (Aug 2020 - Jan 2021)
Interned as a UX/UI designer, collaborating with education-focused organizations to develop digital tools for marginalized groups, including newcomers and individuals with disabilities. Tasks included media creation, graphics, illustrations, UI design, and digital prototyping.

"Thanita has delivered very high quality creative across dozens of stories. Particular examples that come to mind are Bulk Upload Error Handling, Replacement Part logic update. Her collaboration with the dev teams was exemplary, being key in their quality journey during her time here. Her willingness to step in and take ownership in Martin's two prolonged absences was exemplary (...). Her skills in the UX tools was as expected and her knowledge of the user journey and business requirements developed well as time went past. Thanita also shone in working with anonymous user testing, creating scripts and storyflows. She worked across our two core B2B shops which have very different user journeys and offers but maintained a very high level at every touchpoint she worked on. Whether interacting directly with the business to understand and pick up requirements, with customers in interviews to understand our target personas, in semi automated anonymous testing panels or with the developers and testers in our large dispersed scrum teams to see her stories through to implementation, Thanita provided fantastic leadership on our UX development.
